Um dos grandes sucessos dos anos 80, a música "Song for You" cantada por John Miles também faz parte dos hits alavancados pela propaganda.John Miles nasceu John Errington no em 23/04/1949, na cidade de Jarrow, proximo a Newcastle no norte da Inglaterra. Ainda criança, começou a sua vida na música com aulas de piano, mas seu interesse musical logo foi desencorajado e ele acabou desistindo.
Seu interesse somente foi reacendido por seu professor de música no ensino médio.
Sorte nossa que pudemos ouvir esta música, um classico. Não me lembro de mais nenhuma música dele que tenha feito sucesso. Este também foi um dos sucessos impulsionados pelas propagandas dos anos 80.
